No. SWAPMY RIGS is a wired method. Bluetooth is not an available in any commercial radio separation kit.
To the best of our knowledge, amateur radio operators are exempt from hands free requirements.
SWAPMYRIGS was engineered to work with 15 conductor VGA cables, the standard specifications in IBM's VGA quality cables. Because few, if any, computer monitor cables support 15 conductors, we cannot guarantee your cable will offer reliability and efficiency at the highest level.
It depends on where you want to install it: For passenger cars, trucks and SUVs, a 15' VGA cable works well. For all other installations, such as a home office, RVs, boats, mobile homes, etc., measure and estimate the cable length you think you need and order about 10' more. For example, if you want your transceiver in the attic, near the antenna, and your controls in the shack 40' away, you would order a 50' cable.
Long VGA cables like the 150’ work great for field days and remote towers and emergency services.
Yes! For radios with unique connecting jacks, such as YAESU’s FTM-400 and FTM-100, and KENWOOD’s TM-V71, a 5’ connecting cable is provided at no additional cost.
Anytime you find that the system fails, it will be replaced or your money refunded.
