    They say, "Necessity is the mother of invention." SwapMyRigs was created by AE4S, a lifelong amateur radio enthusiast.     AE4S graduated from Cornell University and retired from the Navy as a Captain. He has a Ph.D. in business tax, is a CPA, and is an emeritus professor at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
